Responsibilities

• Coordinate service projects, preventive maintenance schedules, and internal resources.
• Arrange technician travel including airfare, hotels, and itineraries.
• Identify and recommend additional services or upsell opportunities based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and professional communication via email and Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborate closely with technicians, operations, and leadership to ensure service delivery.
