You will manage a high volume of calls, schedule appointments, and guide clients through every project phase to ensure exceptional service from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients throughout every phase of their project
• Communicating with field personnel, including installers and service technicians
• Resolving customer questions and service concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining accurate customer records and entering information into company software systems
• Tracking project details and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and commitments
• Prioritizing daily responsibilities and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Assisting the team with administrative and customer service support as needed
