Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the essential link between customers, sales and production teams in Tupelo, MS. You will process orders, respond to inquiries, and maintain key customer relationships with knowledge of products, logistics, and inventory planning.

You will provide pricing and availability details, track orders, run reports, and review credit to ensure smooth order processing.

Formación

• Experience in Customer Service or Account Management within a manufacturing environment.
• HS or GED is required; college degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn multiple system interfaces.
• Order entry system experience (e.g. AS/400) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to analyze various information sources relevant to the business.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pricing, inventory and production schedule information to customers.
• Track warehouse inventories and update customers on order status.
• Run customized reports and share data with customers.
• Review customer credit information to ensure credit is established for orders.
• Track order activity and alert staff of potential delivery problems.
• Record, organize, and process orders via telephone, email, or personal contact.
