Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Account Management within a manufacturing environment.
• HS or GED is required; degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn multiple system interfaces.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and day-to-day order fulfillment for Missouri/Arkansas locations.
• Handle order management and inventory coordination; quote new business.
• Serve as main contact for customer inquiries on accounts, orders, and shipments.
• Collaborate with sales, scheduling, and management to meet customer needs.
• Support cost containment and pricing accuracy; ensure on-time delivery.
