Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to collaborate across functions to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process routine customer orders and inquiries.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and sales staff, using knowledge of products, logistics, production planning and inventory management.
• Provide pricing, inventory availability and production schedule information to customers.
• Track order activity and alert staff to potential delivery problems.
