Sigma Computing is seeking a Customer Success Architect to lead the post-sales technical journey, working with customers to understand business needs and implement tailored analytics solutions that ensure objectives are met and value is realized.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to share best practices for performance, security, and embedded analytics, and help grow accounts through expanded use cases and successful deployments.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of business intelligence experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Solid understanding of database concepts.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Experience designing and writing software using JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, React, GraphQL, and GitHub.
• ETL experience.
• Experience implementing production BI solutions.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical expertise to ensure customers meet objectives and renewals.
• Advise on best practices, performance, security, and embedded analytics.
• Capture customer feedback and influence product roadmap.
• Design and develop BI analytics solutions for customer environments.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver and improve solutions.
• Document implementations and troubleshoot complex issues.
