Job summary

CEN is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) I to retain existing relationships and establish new deposit accounts by achieving branch goals. The role emphasizes promoting and cross-selling bank products and services to customers while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.

Essential duties include opening accounts, handling inquiries, and supporting loan processing as needed. The CSR will also provide notary services and ensure regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school or GED completed.
• 12-18 months related experience.
• Ability to cross-sell and promote bank products.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs and other bank products.
• Cross-sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
• Provide ancillary services such as notary services and assist with loan origination when needed.
