Job summary

CEN is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support deposits, open consumer and business accounts, and cross-sell bank products by helping branches meet their goals while floating to different locations.

You will safeguard bank assets, resolve customer concerns, and promote services, with frequent travel between branches and the ability to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Strong communication and adherence to policies are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related experience or training.
• 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to communicate information clearly to customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Open all consumer and business accounts and services.
• Cross-sell appropriate products and services to customers.
• Float between branch locations and travel as needed.
• Assist with loan origination and processing as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries relating to products, rates and services.
• Maintain positive, friendly and professional attitude and appearance.
