Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Customer Success Architect to advise large, complex customers on aligning DevSecOps platforms with business goals. You will guide architectural decisions, deliver structured enablement programs, and drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction across a diverse customer portfolio.

You will own customer relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead strategic engagements to help clients achieve measurable outcomes using GitLab capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or post-sales roles focused on adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Experience guiding customers through technical or architectural decisions in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience facilitating technical workshops, enablement programs, and structured customer adoption initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured Accelerator programs from discovery through measurement, including defining outcomes and milestones.
• Guide customers on how to best use the GitLab platform with CI/CD and DevSecOps best practices.
• Own a book of customers and drive adoption, retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
• Build and maintain Customer Success Plans with key KPIs and progress tracking.
• Act as primary GitLab liaison for assigned accounts across Support, Product, Sales, and Professional Services.
