Guarantors Technology Service Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to lead customer interactions, manage deal pipelines, and gather insights to enhance the user experience.

This role emphasizes empathy, clarity, and efficiency while supporting renters, landlords, and brokers. Responsibilities include proactive follow-up with customers, multi-channel communication, and data collection to fuel continuous improvement of our services.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of deals and proactively follow up with customers to move deals forward and drive revenue.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email in various situations.
• Gather data on customer communications and engagement to improve the user experience.
