TheGuarantors is seeking a Customer Success Analyst who can communicate in English and Mandarin to manage a pipeline of deals, follow up with customers, and drive revenue in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You'll engage customers by phone and email, gather data to improve the user experience, and support ongoing adoption and satisfaction across our platform, while collaborating with a cross-functional team.
