Job summary

Cabka Group in St. Louis is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to build relationships with customers, support inquiries by phone, email, chat or in person, and help create a positive customer experience.

You will process orders, returns, and service requests while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service. High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in person with accurate information and professionalism.
• Address customer concerns and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges and service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure inquiries are resolved satisfactorily.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.
• Strive to meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals.
