As a full-time CSR, you will support the sales team, manage documentation, and help ensure timely deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking abilities and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, and availability.
• Process invoices, bills of lading, and purchase orders.
• Follow up with customers and vendors regarding order confirmations, ship dates, and pricing.
• Process invoices through customer portals and websites as required.
• Obtain vendor quotes and communicate pricing to customers and salespeople.
• Research and resolve billing issues.
• Verify outbound orders and coordinate with carriers.
• Support sales team in resolving customer needs.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock ordering.
