Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Customer Success Advocate for a fully remote role. You will support clients from Paarl and beyond, helping them achieve outcomes with our products and services in a technology-driven environment.

The role focuses on building lasting relationships, guiding customers, and identifying upsell opportunities while contributing to long-term loyalty and value realization.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Customer Success Advocate to join their fully remote team. While based in the vicinity of Paarl, this role allows you to connect with and support clients from anywhere. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services, fostering long-term loyalty and driving value. This position is ideal for someone passionate about building relationships and thrives in an independent, technology-driven work environment, contributing to client success across the Western Cape and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
• Provide guidance and best practices to help clients maximize their use of our services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and sales teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a remote setting, supporting clients from Paarl and other regions.
