Placements24 is seeking a proactive Customer Success Advocate for a fully remote role. You will support clients from Paarl and beyond, helping them achieve outcomes with our products and services in a technology-driven environment.

The role focuses on building lasting relationships, guiding customers, and identifying upsell opportunities while contributing to long-term loyalty and value realization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, autonomous with remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand goals and challenges.
• Provide guidance to help clients maximize use of services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to product and sales teams.
