Responsibilities

• Support customer success activities for Technology Services accounts.
• Help organize customer account information, key contacts, service notes, and open follow‑up items.
• Assist with customer meeting preparation, agendas, notes, and action‑item tracking.
• Help prepare account summaries for internal leadership review.
• Track customer commitments and follow‑up after service discussions or contract reviews.
• Identify missing customer information, documentation gaps, or unresolved account items.
• Support customer onboarding activities for new service agreements.
• Assist with administrative, analytical, or operational tasks as needed to support ongoing initiatives.
