Responsibilities

• Track active and upcoming service contracts.
• Organize maintenance and monitoring agreements and SLAs.
• Track start, expiration, renewal windows, and coverage details.
• Prepare information for proposals, renewals, and reviews.
• Identify upcoming renewals and information gaps.
• Support revenue tracking and service visibility.
• Maintain contract documentation for Service Sales and Operations.
