Job summary

Veeam is offering a Summer Internship Program designed for students entering final year, providing onboarding and professional development in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Success Intern, you'll renew contacts, call expired accounts, manage team inboxes, and shadow Customer Success Specialists to learn upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

The program runs June–August 2027 (10 weeks) with paid holidays, tech stipend, volunteer time, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organization.
• Willingness to learn about technology.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Renew customer contracts and contact expired accounts.
• Call back expired accounts to win them back.
• Manage team inboxes and shadow Customer Success Specialists.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
