Vision Technologies seeks a Project Coordination & Documentation Intern for Fall 2026 to support customer success, service account coordination, and contract tracking within our technology service business.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across onboarding, monitoring, and documentation, collaborate with Sales, Operations, Contracts, and technical teams, and develop templates and processes for scalable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BS/MS program in a relevant field.
• Strong organization and follow-up.
• Professional communication and attention to detail.
• Interest in technology services and recurring revenue models.
• Ability to learn CRM or service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support service onboarding, reporting, templates, and process documentation.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and owners.
• Assist with CRM, ticketing, project tracking, or service management updates.
• Help create and maintain onboarding checklists and reporting formats.
• Support handoffs between Sales, Operations, Project Management, Contracts, and technical teams.
• Organize service-related documentation and internal process materials.
• Document repeatable workflows for future CS Manager role.
