Qualifications

• SAP and Salesforce experience a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage a heavy workload.

Responsibilities

• Take proactive ownership of customer issues and drive resolution.
• Assist customers in achieving value by handling orders end-to-end.
• Must handle department requirements and ensure accurate order entry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Document knowledge, order status, and customer complexities as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and policies.
• Support field sellers in driving deep customer relationships and upselling.
