Univar Solutions in The Woodlands, TX is hiring a Customer Account Partner (CAP) to ensure superior customer experiences. You will own issues from start to finish, assist with orders end-to-end, and collaborate across departments to deliver value while meeting company goals.

You will build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, document issues, and help drive improvements in processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School degree required; Minimum 3 years customer service experience with a dedicated customer portfolio.
• SAP and Salesforce experience a plus
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and handle a sophisticated workload and projects in a fast paced environment
• Shown success in problem solving with cross-functional teams
• Highly adaptable, self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and improvement

Responsabilités

• Take proactive ownership of customer issues & complaints, troubleshoot problems, and see them through to resolution.
• Assist customers in achieving strong value from Univar Solutions by efficiently and proactively handling all orders in a timely manner (beginning to end).
• Must handle department requirements and standards on order entry and accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and internal partners. Work cross functionally with all teams, raise unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document knowledge, order status, order issues, customer complexities, issue resolution, customer and internal contact as required.
• Improve policy, procedures, and technology to enable the end-to-end process, relationships, and value more efficiently.
• Be a partner to your Field Sellers assisting in driving deep customer relationships, upselling, using data and analyst that anticipate customer’s needs and buying trends.
• Maintain ongoing high Net Promoter Scores.
