Haleon is seeking a trade marketing professional to support U.S. customer strategy for Growth across GCC platforms.

Based in Berkeley Heights, NJ, the role is hybrid (3 days onsite) and focuses on translating retailer priorities into activation plans, 4P recommendations and measurable in-market learning. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category and Insights teams, bring 3+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to turn data into actionable

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in trade marketing or related CPG field.
• Experience supporting customer-facing plans in U.S. retail.
• Ability to translate data into clear commercial insights.
• Familiarity with Circana or Numerator data sources.

Aufgaben

• Support development of GCC customer plans translating retailer priorities into activation milestones.
• Analyze sales, shopper, and retailer data to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Design and deploy coordinated in-store and online trade offers.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align budgets and activation calendars.
• Lead promotional reviews with cross-functional partners.
