Qualifications

• 8+ years in CPG customer or sales strategy, category/insights, shopper marketing, omnichannel activation, or a related field.
• Proven ability to turn portfolio strategies into customer plans and executable activation.
• Expertise in segmentation, engagement planning, commercial planning, and performance measurement.
• Experience leading cross-functional work in a matrix and influencing senior internal and customer stakeholders.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and execute strategy with entrepreneurship and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own GCC customer segmentation and growth plans, defining priority retailers, customer roles, and growth targets.
• Lead end-to-end engagement plans linking platform strategy, retailer needs, commercial milestones, and senior sponsorship.
• Convert GCC strategies into retailer plans, omnichannel activation, and category-growth stories, mobilizing brands and capabilities.
• Serve as GCC’s single Sales interface coordinating Marketing, Category/Insights, Shopper, Analytics, and Finance.
