Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Trade Promotion Manager in Berkeley Heights, NJ to lead go-to-market 4P initiatives and drive trade offers across in-store and online channels. You will collaborate with marketing, display & graphics, and sales to deliver consumer-impact promotions.

The role requires 3+ years in trade marketing or sales within OTC/CPG, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of trade marketing and/or sales experience in OTC/consumer product goods industry.
• Understand the retail environment, preferably with experience interacting with customers directly in this environment.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications with a strength in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends to identify key insights shaping go to market 4P strategy.
• Develop and share understanding of competition to improve strategy.
• Design, develop and deploy trade offers that align to brand strategy and drive trade support.
• Engage regularly with Customer Sales Teams to align business plans with brand strategies and merchandising requests.
• Manage trade material & communications to align with brand strategies and updates.
• Consult on the display and bonus packs budget for activation support.
• Lead Quarterly Promotional Reviews to evaluate POS trends and 4Ps effectiveness.
