Job summary

Haleon seeks a Trade Promotion Manager in Berkeley Heights, NJ, to join the Customer Strategy & Planning team. You will design trade offers, analyze sales trends, and collaborate with marketing, display, and sales to deliver consumer-focused promotions.

You will lead quarterly promotional reviews, own pricing policies, and liaise with funding requests with Net Revenue Management. Hybrid work with in-office three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of trade marketing and/or sales experience in OTC/CPG.
• Experience with retail environments and customer interactions.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen) and POS data.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales trends to identify insights shaping 4P go-to-market strategy.
• Design and deploy trade offers in store and online.
• Coordinate with sales to align plans with brand strategy.
• Manage trade materials and communications.
• Advise on budget for display and bonus packs.
