Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Customer Strategy Analyst in New York who will translate complex customer data into actionable growth strategies. You will work at the intersection of analytics, CRM, and commercial strategy, building SQL models, analyzing audience behavior, and creating dynamic reports across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2-3 years of analytical and strategic experience.
Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL required.

Responsibilities

Data analysis and storytelling using Excel/Sheets to surface key trends.
Collaborate with CRM and Jira to build targeted audience lists and track requests.
Write basic SQL queries to extract and aggregate data for ad-hoc questions and routine reporting.
Build relationships with cross-functional teams to align customer strategy with business needs.
Proactively investigate shifts in metrics to identify root causes and opportunities.
