You will transform customer successes into compelling narratives that strengthen the Siemens brand, accelerate sales, and support product marketing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Content Strategy, Product Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing customer stories for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, automation, cloud, or technical platform solutions.
• Proven ability to create compelling customer-facing content that drives engagement and business impact.
• Experience working directly with senior customer stakeholders and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Customer Marketing to operationalize the customer storytelling, advocacy, and reference strategy.
• Own the end-to-end customer story pipeline, including customer identification, qualification, outreach, interviews, content development, approvals, publication, and activation.
• Develop customer-friendly processes for participation, permissions, approvals, advocacy tracking, and ongoing reference management.
• Identify and address story and reference gaps across industries, buyer personas, use cases, products, geographies, and sales segments.
• Recommend strategies to strengthen customer proof coverage in priority growth areas.
