AtWork Personnel in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Sales Coordinator & Dispatch to support our gaming and manufacturing clients. This full-time role handles sales order processing, customer service, parts coordination, and service dispatch in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years order processing or sales support experience preferred.
• 3+ years customer service, parts coordination, or tech support preferred.
• Experience in gaming, manufacturing, or technical equipment a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience using ERP/CRM systems; Pronto is a plus.
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming licensure.

Responsabilités

• Process and enter sales orders accurately into the company's ERP system.
• Review purchase orders, sales documents, and supporting paperwork for accuracy.
• Coordinate order processing across departments (sales, manufacturing, purchasing, accounting).
• Track order statuses and maintain accurate records throughout the order process.
• Process order changes, returns, leases, service agreements and related docs.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, order records, and revenue docs.
• Ensure orders are verified and approved before processing.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product information, parts availability, orders, and service requests.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction.
• Provide accurate quotes and process parts orders.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate parts orders, returns, and inventory inquiries.
• Schedule and dispatch service requests to field technicians.
• Monitor open service tickets and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Communicate with technicians and customers about schedules and updates.
• Process RMAs and maintain accurate service records.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure deadlines are met.
