Konami Gaming, Inc. seeks a Customer Solutions Specialist I (Parts / Service Dispatch) to join our team on a temporary-to-full-time basis.

You will provide world-class product support, answer customer questions, escalate technical issues, and manage parts orders and RMAs using the ERP system. This role requires strong communication, attention to SLA timelines, and the ability to coordinate with field service technicians and other departments to ensure timely resolution and high customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in parts customer service or technical help desk
• Hands-on ability to use Outlook, Excel, and MS Word; proficient with ERP/CRM systems
• Must be able to obtain gaming license and communicate professionally in English

Responsabilités

• Provide best in class product support for Games for all customers.
• Utilize ERP to locate and properly order parts for all games and platforms while adhering to SLAs.
• Analyze, classify, track, investigate, research and resolve parts support issues; issue RMAs.
• Coordinate with field service technicians and other departments to resolve service issues within SLA.
• Prepare and maintain knowledge articles, upgrade notes, and other support documents.
