Job summary

Velocity Vehicle Group is seeking a Parts Front Counter Dispatcher to manage delivery routes and ensure timely parts deliveries. The role involves coordinating with drivers, pulling correct parts, and logging orders in the delivery system.

Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits including 401(k) match, health, dental and vision coverage, and paid vacation. Must be able to operate in the Las Vegas Valley area and Henderson region as described.

Qualifications

• Scheduling and managing delivery driver routes and timeliness of deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all deliveries are made to customers in a timely manner
• Ensures all parts orders are pulled correctly and match what is invoiced
• Supervises all dedicated Parts Pullers to ensure orders are picked correctly and pullers are working efficiently
• Logs all orders into the VVG Computer Delivery System
• Routes all drivers to correct geographical areas to ensure speed of deliveries
• Maintains the hourly schedule of drivers to ensure we have staff here when needed
• Communicates directly with Phone Room and Countermen to coordinate pickups for Service Dept. and outside customers
• Responsible for clearing Counterman Special Order shelves weekly
• Handles Daily Cycle Counts first thing in the morning for Manager; prints location Count Sheets and brings back to Manager for posting
