Job summary

Konami Gaming is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist I (Parts / Service Dispatch) in Las Vegas, NV. This temporary to full-time role involves handling parts orders, RMAs, and service dispatch through our ERP system, while delivering world-class customer support.

You will work to ensure timely responses, accurate documentation, and adherence to SLAs, with opportunities to transition to a permanent position as part of our growing team.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent; higher education preferred in technical fields.
• 3+ years in parts customer service or a technical help desk.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems; proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Gaming license eligibility must be obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class product support for games to all customers.
• Use ERP system to locate and order parts, process RMAs, and manage inventories.
• Analyze and resolve parts support issues; document actions taken.
• Issue game and systems RMAs and update tickets with accurate data.
• Coordinate with technicians and teams to schedule service or parts replacement.
• Maintain professional customer communication and escalate issues per policy.
