Responsibilities

• Facilitate customer requests for information, quotes, and orders by interacting with customers, supervisors, the sales team, and vendors.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Research customer order history and review inventory for availability.
• Maintain and update customer files.
• Follow up on orders and communicate status with outside sales staff.
• Interact with vendors and customers to obtain pricing and quotes.
• Transfer stock to other branches upon request.
• Perform office and clerical duties as needed.
