Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and reporting within the SAP system and various third-party vendors and customer portals.
• Review and validate incoming orders for accuracy, completeness, and correct customer information.
• Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment process to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
• Track, identify, and communicate order exceptions or delays as they arise.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve order, inventory, or logistics issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Verify inventory availability and coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal departments, customers, and external partners regarding shipment updates or potential delays.
• Collaborate with the sales team, logistics brokers, and customer buyers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to manage transportation and delivery scheduling.
• Address customer concerns or complaints and work toward timely, effective solutions.
• Analyze supply chain or logistics challenges and recommend improvements when possible.
• Work independently while maintaining high productivity, organization, and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Advocate for the needs of the customer while supporting the operational goals and priorities ofAriZona.
