Responsibilities

• Inventory awareness and management of stock levels for customer portfolios.
• Owns customer satisfaction and drives resolution through root-cause analysis.
• Responds to customer inquiries promptly and coordinates with Planning, Sales and Operations.
• Maintains open order reports, audits accounts, and supports new customer onboarding.
• Develops cross-functional understanding of supply chain processes and internal workflows.
