Job summary

Rangen, LLC Inc. is seeking a Customer & Business Solutions Rep to serve as a key operational link between sales, marketing, production, and logistics.

You will ensure seamless order entry, create production documentation, and timely invoicing for customers. Responsibilities include accurate order processing, invoice verification, inventory monitoring, and coordinating carrier schedules to support on-time delivery.

• Monitor inventory levels across production and distribution to align with forecasts and schedules.
• Schedule with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide responsive service to internal and external customers.
• Handle additional duties and projects as assigned.
