Qualifications

• 5+ years in Bayer Pharma or equivalent in customer operations or supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized/special programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces.
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into actionable actions.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business/supply models, advise on contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions and strengthen internal/external partnerships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization, and government pricing.
• Align requirements with IT, QA, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, and external partners.
