Job summary

Ravago Baytown Warehouse is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist Lead to serve as the primary contact for assigned customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments and inventory. You will collaborate with the Ravago Baytown team and carriers to ensure on-time shipments with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service / receiving type role
• Inventory experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and capable of multitasking
• Ability to train and mentor teammates
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers regarding inbound/outbound shipments and inventory
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and claims in collaboration with relevant teams
• Enter data into Ravago Baytown’s WMS and NEO systems for orders and inventory
• Schedule shipment appointments with transportation providers
• Monitor order status from receipt to loading and shipment
• Coordinate with PBS and Production on inventory needs and allocations
• Escalate inventory or order issues to the appropriate stakeholders
• Assist with estimating timelines and meeting customer deadlines
• Train and mentor new team members and cover gatehouse duties
