Job summary

Ravago in Baytown, TX seeks an experienced Shipping Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance. You'll lead a team, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure on-time loading and documentation.

• Supervise and prioritize Shipping and Receiving activities

• Lead daily toolbox talks on safety and maintenance
• Ensure loads meet appointment, labeling and documentation requirements
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inspection records
• Assist with staff scheduling and performance evaluations
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
