Reltio is seeking a Customer Architect in the United States to build strong customer relationships, align on strategic technical goals, and drive operational excellence across the engagement lifecycle.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, workshops, and proactive guidance, with the ability to travel to customer sites as needed. You will partner with engineering and product teams to advocate for customers and deliver high-value outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years in technical support.
• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years with Public Clouds AWS/GCP/Azure.
• 3+ years with REST APIs and integration tools.
• 3+ years with MDM solutions.
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools.
• Experience interfacing with Product/Engineering.
• Strong reporting/analytics and dashboard skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as the technical expert on Reltio platform capabilities for customers.
• Present architectural designs and integration approaches.
• Deliver workshops and advisory services for optimal product usage.
• Collaborate with Support, Advanced customer engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer tickets, resolutions, and feature requests.
• Own escalation paths and coordinate resources for timely resolution.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and provide proactive guidance.
• Ensure seamless onboarding for long-term satisfaction.
• Engage in executive reviews and CSAT/NPS surveys.
• Translate customer needs into documentation and product requests.
