Job summary

Glass Doctor of Central Arkansas is hiring for a customer service associate in Hot Springs, AR. You will greet visitors, handle calls, prepare bids, and maintain accurate records. This role supports the service team and contributes to a positive client experience.

Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma, solid computer skills, and a professional appearance. Prior sales and auto-related experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and walk-in customers professionally.
• Provide bids, follow up with customers, and handle records.

• Assist with scheduling and routing to meet sales goals.
• Cross-train in related positions as needed.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls and walk-in customers in professional and courteous manner
• Give bids, follow-up with customers, and perform record keeping functions
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
• Collect payments and follow up on missed payments
• Assist with efficient scheduling and routing of service professionals to help meet sales goals
• Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

• Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
• Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Prior sale experience is a plus
• Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus

Compensation:$14 - $24 per hour with bonuses, depending upon experience, performance, and ability

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum of high school diploma, college degree preferred.
• Computer literacy and the ability to use standard applications, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Personality suitable to communication effectively with customers and fellow employees.
• Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be self-motivated, energetic and results oriented.
