Job summary

Glass Doctor of Central Arkansas is hiring a customer service associate to handle incoming calls and walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy. You will assist with bids, follow-up, record keeping, and processing payments while helping schedule service professionals to meet goals.

A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is also essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Computer literacy and ability to use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to process payments and use scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and greet walk-in customers in a professional manner.
• Provide bids, follow-up with customers, and perform record keeping.
• Complete work orders, return calls, and respond to customer complaints.
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist with scheduling and routing of service professionals to meet goals.
• Cross-train in related positions as needed.
