Glass Doctor Of Central Arkansas is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator for the Hot Springs location to warmly greet customers, handle bids, manage records, schedule service professionals, and process payments. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a team-driven culture in a fast-paced office environment.

Minimum high school diploma with preferred college exposure; experience in sales or auto/glass sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with working knowledge of word processing, business software and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in auto/glass industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and walk-in customers in professional and courteous manner.
• Give bids, follow-up with customers, and perform record keeping functions.
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints.
• Collect payments and follow up on missed payments.
• Assist with efficient scheduling and routing of service professionals to help meet sales goals.
• Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions.
