Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be the central point of contact for warranty and service requests. You will coordinate with builders, customers, and internal teams from intake through completion, creating work orders, scheduling, arranging parts, processing claims, and supporting billing.

You will maintain accurate documentation, track costs, and proactively communicate recurring issues to drive improvements across service, production, and field operations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 1 year of related experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Review new customer service requests to determine cause and location.
• Schedule appointments with builder representatives within 24 hours.
• Verify material availability and estimate repair timelines.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and confirm satisfaction.
• Create and manage work orders for tracking and cost allocation.
• Coordinate with Labor Dispatch to manage workloads.
• Access builder portals for service information and updates.
• Prepare quotes and invoices for builder purchase orders within 24 hours.
• Oversee claims and billing processes in the service department.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Design Center, Warehouse, and Field Ops.
