Job summary

Emser Tile seeks a customer service/branch operations associate to act as the primary contact for clients, greet customers, and resolve inquiries while maintaining accurate orders in the JDE system. You will collaborate with Branch Operations and Sales to deliver a top-notch customer experience, and perform warehouse tasks such as stocking, packing, and shipping inventory.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, or other language as appropriate for the area.
Forklift certification and experience using a wet saw are a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including Builders, Designers, General Contractors, and walk-in customers.
Greet customers, resolve inquiries and complaints, and build lasting relationships as the “face” of Emser Tile.
Enter and verify orders and account information in the JDE system and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Work collaboratively with the Branch Operations team and Sales Team members to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Perform warehouse operations as needed, including inspecting, identifying, handling, consolidating, labeling, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory.
