Warehouse-Specialists,-LLC-2 is hiring for a Customer Services Representative/Window Clerk in Neenah, WI. The full-time, hourly role reports to the Warehouse Manager and supports the warehouse, customers, and truck drivers. Shift is 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.

You will handle phones and emails, input data, and ensure accurate order processing while maintaining customer service excellence and teamwork with warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent respectful communication with customers and employees.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Self-motivated and works well with limited direction.
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with WMS and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, voicemails, and emails in a professional manner.
• Enter data accurately and timely into systems.
• Prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
• Double-check orders on warehouse docks and understand invoicing basics.
