Job summary

Kurz Industrial Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse and Deliver Associate in Neenah, WI. You will be the face of Kurz when delivering and picking up products, ensuring orders are accurately identified, packed, and loaded safely.

Responsibilities include picking/packing outbound orders, processing receipts, maintaining a clean warehouse, and assisting with cycle counts. Prior warehouse or delivery experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid and clean driver’s license required.
• Warehouse or delivery experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse duties including picking and packing outbound orders and processing receipts.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Support special projects such as cycle counting.
• Load and unload vehicles; secure items for transport.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up orders from customers.
• Complete delivery paperwork in Netsuite.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles for safety.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and cab cleaning.
