Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: greet and direct visitors; manage calls and mail; ensure conference rooms are stocked and clean.
• Customer Service/Sales: receive and respond to customer inquiries; maintain relationships; process sales orders in ERP; support internal teams.
• Supply Chain: coordinate outbound shipments; assist warehouse staff with outbound logistics; help drivers with directions.
• Non-essential: manage pricing updates in ERP; participate in monthly Sales and R&D meetings.
