Candidate will communicate professionally by phone, and may support chat and email channels. Strong written and verbal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of office support or customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and office equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Assist with obtaining release of vehicles located at body shops or other locations.
• Answer and place calls in a professional manner; may support chat and email channels.
