Job summary

Piedmont Lube Centers LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet customers, recommend maintenance services, and process transactions efficiently in a fast-paced shop setting.

Key duties include assisting technicians, performing basic inspections, and guiding vehicles into bays while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Weekend availability and a valid license are preferred.

• Comfortable working in shop environments and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations.
• Answer customer questions and explain services clearly and confidently.
• Enter vehicle information accurately and process transactions using the POS system.
• Perform courtesy vehicle inspections, including checking fluids, filters, tires, belts, hoses, and wiper blades.
• Assist technicians with preventive maintenance services as needed.
• Guide vehicles safely into service bays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operating standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep service flowing efficiently throughout the day.
