Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide a friendly, professional experience.

• Answer customer questions and explain services clearly and confidently.
• Accurately enter vehicle information and process transactions using the POS system.
• Assist technicians with preventive maintenance services and guide vehicles into service bays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and support opening/closing procedures.
